Vahid Valikhani is a practicing artist and researcher specializing in photography and film. His work delves into landscape photography, exploring its connections to political agendas and power structures. Simultaneously, his research and film projects predominantly address social issues, focusing on evolving cultural identities, feelings of estrangement, and the marginalization of disenfranchised populations.

Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Film Studies at the University of South Florida (USF), Vahid builds upon his foundation of a Master of Fine Arts in Photography from the University of Florida (UF) and a Bachelor of Photography from the Art University of Isfahan. With several years of experience, he has taught photography, graphic design, and humanities courses in various educational institutions. Vahid's photographic work has been showcased in numerous international venues, spanning countries such as Germany, Italy, Iran, and the United States.
